RCF Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
- Merit List preparation based on marks obtained in qualifying educational examination
- Document Verification.
- Approval of Apprenticeship Contract on NATS/NAPS portal.
RCF Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Important Instructions
- The Online submission of application will commence from 04.09.2026 to 20.09.2026 (including both dates).
- The email address and mobile number specified in the application should be valid / functional for at least from the date of the submission of the application.
- The candidate who is selected as Apprentice must possess an AADHAR linked and seeded Bank Account on his/her own name (preferably a Nationalized bank with internet banking / electronic facilities) to receive stipend from Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) and Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited.
- The candidate should mandatorily possess PAN & AADHAR Card at the time of reporting if selected for engagement as Apprentice (Name on the AADHAR card should be the same with all educational qualification).
- In case of selection for Apprenticeship in Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, the candidates shall be required to bring the following original certificates along with attested photocopies as documentary proof at the time of reporting (as applicable): Applicants possessing a B.Sc with Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics as subjects shall be considered only for Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) (AOCP) and Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) (LACP) trades under RDSDE scheme. Chemistry must be the major subject in the qualifying degree.
- Applicants possessing B.Sc with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics as subjects shall be considered only for the Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant) (IMCP) trade under RDSDE scheme. Physics must be the major subject in the qualifying degree.
- In case of candidates having Biology in their Graduation degree with only Zoology or only Botany, they may apply as Graduate Apprentices in the area training mentioned in Table A i.e. Secretarial Assistant or Recruitment Executive (HR) ( any one).
- Candidates may apply without the passing certificate. However, the original passing certificate must be submitted during document verification; otherwise, the candidature will be cancelled.
- Candidates who have acquired their qualifying educational qualification through Distance Learning, Part-Time, or Correspondence Mode shall not be eligible for apprenticeship training and, therefore, their applications will not be considered.
