• The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized university and have proficiency in computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets).
• In addition to the above, applicant should have passed matriculation with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject or should have done +2/B.A./Μ.Α. with Hindi as one of the subject, before the cut-off date of qualification (as mentioned below).

• Applicants are advised to visit the website of S.S.S.C. and check their E-mail accounts (inbox as well as spam box) regularly for updates regarding Examination, Result and other important information. Unnecessary correspondence with S.S.S.C. should be avoided.
• All applicants irrespective of their category i.e. General or reserved category, can submit only one application for a particular category. In case, an applicant submits more than one application, only latest application will be considered.
• All other conditions of recruitment not covered in the above Notice shall be regulated as per The Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Services) Rules, 1997 as amended from time to time.
• Employees of Subordinate Courts of Haryana are governed by Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Services) Rules, 1997 and Haryana Civil Services Rules, 2016.
• Merely satisfying the eligibility criteria does not entitle the applicant to be called for examination. High Court reserves the right to alter/modify or change in any of the terms and conditions including selection criteria etc. spelt out in the advertisement.
• The benefit of reservation under any category will be given only to those candidates who are bonafide resident of Haryana State and possess certificates issued by the Competent Authority of Government of Haryana and submit the application against reserved category posts.
• The said certificates must be latest and valid as on closing date for submission of online application form i.e. 23/06/2026.
• The criteria for exclusion of persons within the Backward Classes as Creamy Layer shall be as per Haryana Govt. Notification No. 40/13/2024-1SW dated 16.07.2024. Further, candidates belonging to BC category would be required to submit an undertaking (as and when required) along with the BC certificate that no change occurred in their status and they do not fall in the section of creamy-layer up to the closing date for submission of online application form.
• The reservation for Economically Weaker Sections of Haryana will be given as per instructions of the Haryana Government bearing Letter Nos. 22/12/2019-1GSIII dated 25.02.2019 and 22/12/2019-1GSIII dated 13.03.2019.
• They must possess latest Income & Assets Certificate on prescribed proforma as per instructions of the Haryana Government bearing Letter Nos. 22/12/2019-1GSIII dated 13.03.2019 which should be valid for the Year 2026-2027 based on gross annual income for the Financial Year 2025-2026 issued on or before the closing date of application form.
• EWS certificate issued for jobs in Central Govt. will not be considered irrespective of income mentioned in certificate.
• Reservation for Ex-servicemen and his family members (son, daughter or spouse) will be governed in accordance with instructions contained in letter Nos.12/15/2019- 4GS-II dated 09.03.2022 and 12/15/2019-4GS-II dated 13.04.2022 of Government of Haryana.
• ESM candidates must possess Identity Card issued by concerned Zila Sainik Board or Discharge certificate/Book. Disabled ESM/Family member (Son, Daughter or Spouse) of Disabled ESM must have disability certificate & proof that he/his/her father or husband has not been released in the normal course after the completion of his/her term or retired from military service voluntarily and family member of Martyr shall produce relevant certificate/Battle Casualty certificate which proves the Martyr status issued by Competent Authority.
• Family member (Son, Daughter or Spouse) of Disabled ESM/ESM candidates of Haryana claiming benefit must have valid eligibility certificate from the concerned Zila Sainik Board on last date of submission of online application form.
• Competent Authority can direct the ESM candidates to provide relevant information along with the affidavit to avail the benefits.
• The Reservation for Eligible Sports Person of Haryana shall be governed by instructions of the Haryana Government bearing Letter Nos. 22/10/2013-1GSIII dated 15.07.2014, 22/10/2013-1GSIII dated 27.03.2017, 718 SW(1) 2017 dated 13.07.2017, 22/10/2013-1GSIII dated 06.04.2018, 22/10/2013-1GSIII dated 06.04.2018, Memo no. 4/40/2017-4SYA dated 18.05.2018 and 22/10/2013-1GSIII dated 06.06.2018.
• The Reservation for Freedom Fighter of Haryana and their children/grandchildren will be governed by instructions of the Haryana Government bearing Letter Nos. 22/10/2013-1GSIII dated 15.07.2014. Children/Grand Children of Freedom Fighter must have Certificate duly issued by the respective Competent Authority.
• The reservation for the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities of Haryana shall be governed as per the instructions/guidelines of Haryana Government bearing letter Nos. 22/10/2013-1GSIII dated 17/19.04.2017, 22/10/2013-1GSIII dated 25.04.2018, 22/43/2018- 1GSIII dated 26.04.2018, 22/106/2018-1GSIII dated 01.05.2019, Notification Endst. • Persons with Benchmark Disabilies with only those category(ies) of disability(ies) mentioned in vacancy position of this Employment Notice shall be eligible to apply for the posts under PwBD category.
• Therefore, concerned candidates are advised to read it carefully before applying.
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) can also apply, even if the post is not reserved for them, provided the post has been identified as suitable for persons with disabilities of the relevant category.
