Selected candidates will be required to undergo an Orientation / On-the-Job training for a period of 6 months. They will be required to execute a Service Agreement to serve the Company for a period of 2 years and should be willing to serve in any of the Units / Offices of BEL. The amount payable for breach of Service Contract is Rs. 2,00,000/-.
Appointment of the selected candidates will be subjected to being found medically fit by the Company’s Medical Authorities as per the company’s medical standards.
As per one of the company’s medical standards, candidates with colour blindness are not suitable for the post of Probationary Engineer in Electronics and Mechanical discipline.
There will be no separate communication to any candidate on their non-selection at any stage.
The criteria/relaxations/terms and conditions for internal candidates will be as per the internal advertisement dated 28.10.2026 Trainee/Project/Fixed Tenure Engineers engaged in BEL on short term basis need to apply as External candidates as per eligible criteria and intimate the concerned Unit/SBU HR prior to interview. viii) Dependents/Children of Employees of BEL have to apply as external candidates only.
