Age Relaxation:

• Upper age limit relaxation will be given by 5 yrs. for SC/ST, 3 yrs. for OBC and 10 yrs. for DIVYANG as per Govt. Rules, Subject to submission of relevant Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

• Selected Trade Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend during their training period as per the Apprentices Act.

Group A – 10th Class Passed (Age: 15–19 years, Training: 2 Years)

Group B – ITI Passed (Age: 16–21 years, Training: 1 Year)

Group C – 8th Class Passed (Age: 14–18 years as on 01-10-2026)

Group A – Educational Qualification:

• The candidate should have Passed SSC in with General Science & Mathematics.
• Securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / SEBC/EWS / DIVYANG/ AFC,.
• Pass Class for SC/ST Only. iii) In case of passing criteria is best of 5 subjects taken.
• General Science & Mathematics Should be the Part of the Qualifying Board Curriculum & Candidate should have passed, Otherwise Application will be rejected.
• Though the qualifying criteria is SSC, the candidates with Higher qualification may also apply.
• However, eligibility will be based on SSC marks qualification only.

Group B – Educational Qualification:

• Passed ITI in Fitter / Draftsman (Mechanical) / Electrician /ICTSM / Electronic Mechanic/ Plumber / Welder / Computer Operator & Programming Assistant / Carpenter or Wood Work Technician / Refrigeration and Airconditioning (RAC) trades from Govt./ Govt recognized Institute.
• Securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / SEBC/ EWS / DIVYANG / AFC.
• Only Pass Class for SC/ST. Applicants undergoing their course under semester system are required to pass backlog papers of previous semesters if any & it should be dully certified by Head of the institute.
• Applicant should have passed ITI in above trades only, however in case of Fitter-Structural trade, applicants belonging to ITI Fitter Trade can apply.
• Applicants appearing in the final exam for above said trades only, can apply but they will be required to pass the final exam on or before 01-10-2026.
• Candidates passing ITI after 01-10-2026 will not be considered.

Group C – Educational Qualification:

• 8th Std. under (10 + 2) system Passed with Science & Mathematics.
• Securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / SEBC/EWS / DIVYANG / AFC, Pass Class for SC/ST Only.
• Though the qualifying criterion is 8th Std, the candidates with Higher qualification may also apply.
• However, eligibility will be based on 8th Std. qualification only.
