Diploma Trainee (Civil):

Higher technical qualification like B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME etc. with or without Diploma is not allowed.
Diploma Trainee (Survey):

Junior Officer Trainee (HR) – JOT (HR):

Date of issuance of final mark sheet shall be taken as the date of acquiring qualification.
For the Un-Reserved (UR) vacancy, SC/ST/EWS/OBC (NCL) /ExSM/ PwBD candidates can apply subject to meeting all general standards of eligibility.
