RRC NCR Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Important Instructions
The decision of the Railway administration in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, mode of selection and allotment of Division/Workshop etc. shall be final.
Once candidate is allotted units as per merit, the allotted unit may further allot stations/units under its Jurisdiction for the purpose of Apprenticeship as per availability of slots in particular Trade. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by RRC/NCR.
No extra correspondences for engagement will be entertained, by RRC/NCR.
Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature and no correspondence will be entertained in the matter.
Before applying, the Applicants should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other criteria. If erroneously engaged, such Applicants shall be summarily dismissed without notice at any stage.
Candidature of the Applicants shall be cancelled if he/she fails to produce the required original testimonials for verification or any other discrepancy noticed.

No daily allowance / conveyance allowance or travelling allowance will be paid to the Applicants called for Document Verification.
In terms of para-10 of Schedule V of the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, notified on 15.07.92 by the Ministry of Labor, it shall not be obligatory on the part of the employer to offer any employment to the Apprentice on completion of period of his/her apprenticeship training in his/her establishment.
It shall not be obligatory on the part of the apprentice to accept an employment under the employer. Imparting Training in Railway will not confer any right to the candidates for their absorption in Railway after completion of Training.
After selection for engagement, request of Applicants to change the Trade/Division/Workshop will not be entertained. They will be posted within the jurisdiction of the concerned Division / Workshop only.
Applicants will be trained only for the Trade in which they have been selected.
Applicants selected for training will not be allowed to withdraw from training except for reasons, which are beyond their control.
During the course of training if the Applicant absent and leave the training incomplete then he/she is liable to refund the cost of their training as well as the amount paid as stipend.
No Hostel accommodation will be provided and selected Applicants will have to make their own arrangement during their training as per Apprentice Act 1961 and they will be released on completion of the training.
