• All candidates who are finally selected for appointment (post pre-employment medical examination) shall be placed in the entry level of NG-2 grade at starting minimum basic pay of ₹26,500/- in the pay scale of Rs.26,500/- – Rs.34,000/-.
• Besides Basic Pay and Industrial pattern of Dearness Allowance (DA), other allowances / benefits as per Corporation rules/ extant guidelines shall be applicable.
• Candidates who join ‘Through Proper Channel’ from other CPSUs/PSUs, Central/ State Govt, Autonomous Bodies under Govt. of India will be considered for protection of their last drawn Basic Pay in their previous organization provided their services are transferred from such organization to BPCL.
• However, such Basic Pay (upon protection) WILL NOT exceed the maximum basic pay of the NG-2 grade (i.e., Rs.34,000/-) as mentioned above.

• There is no right vested in a candidate inherently to any post merely because a candidate fulfils the criteria or clears the examination. All appointments shall be made at the discretion of the Management after duly verifying all suitability criterions of a candidate as are prescribed hereinabove.
• Candidates employed in Govt/Govt Departments/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies will be required to submit ‘NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE’ at the time of Skill/Proficiency Test (if shortlisted for Skill/ Proficiency Test). Such candidates, if offered an appointment, shall be required to submit proper relieving letters from their employer at the time of joining, without which they will not be allowed to join.
• A conditional relieving letter wherein the selected candidate retains lien/ is allowed to retain lien to his post/ job in the previous organization WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
• Candidates belonging the categories of General, EWS and OBC (NCL) are required to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs. 590/- plus payment gateway charges if any (Application fee of Rs.500/- plus GST @18% i.e., Rs. 90/- Rupees Five hundred and ninety only) as application fee through online payment gateway only.
